Responsible for performing basic accounting functions in various specialized areas of financial accounting.
What to do:
Performs basic accounting functions (e.g. verification of accounting data, reimbursement requests, processing/calculation of checks, debit/credit notes, journals, etc.) for various areas of accounting (e.g. payments received , fares, issued/used tickets). , etc.). )
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner, including communication with external contacts, if necessary

Distributes and maintains month-end closing reports

Candidate Qualifications – Education and Previous Work Experience
University degree in accounting, finance or related business area or equivalent education/experience
Experience in airline/travel industry records
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of general accounting principles/systems
Excellent design skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Logical and analytical thinking skills
