The Spectrum Product Personalization team is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join and lead the Customer Success Management team. This position is located at Spectrum’s headquarters in downtown Portland, OR or in the United States. Spectrum is a product-specific app that supports many of today’s best brand experiences for Microsoft Xbox, Hydro Flask, JBL, Carhartt and more. The platform has quickly become a global nexus that provides: 3D product visualization, industry integration, self-management, and robust analytics reporting. Spectrum is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented, self-motivated, customer-focused success manager to join our growing team. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and advocate for our company’s customers. You will be responsible for creating active and relevant partnerships with your assigned accounts to demonstrate the benefits of using the Spectrum Product Personalization Platform. You will help uncover new opportunities for your clients to extend and create their customer experience using the latest 3D modeling and design tools. The measure of your success will be customer retention, customer health and expansion. Your daily goal will be to help your clients achieve their business goals and meet their organizational goals.
