As an IT technician at Infinity Ward, your mission is to ensure the functionality of all technical systems and tools used by the game development and production teams. This includes providing efficient and effective technical support, troubleshooting, and hardware and software maintenance. Your goal will be to minimize downtime and downtime, allowing people to focus on what they do best: creating the best gaming experience possible. Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of IT support experience
Friendly demeanor and good attention to detail
The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of teams and users, resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Experience setting up user accounts, hardware, software and peripherals for users, overseeing and maintaining inventory/asset tracking, and orienting new users
Proficiency in troubleshooting Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of common network issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
Manage custom hardware builds and installation of render farms, game test areas, user test rooms, conference rooms, and offsite events including trade shows, gaming conventions, etc.
