You can build teams that are effective in how people engage in organizational change, use data, and work with leaders to achieve specific business goals. They also work closely with managers to recruit, retain, develop and improve the performance and engagement of individuals and teams. About you:
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, competency, operational excellence, or training and development
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at different levels of the organization, using strong interpersonal skills, including but not limited to senior management.
- Strong thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, competency, operational excellence, or training and development
