Job Description:

This technology analyst invests in the future of Southwest employees as they work on IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity to improve infrastructure security. This role will be part of the Cyber Security Vulnerability Management team and partner with external threat analysis partners to identify vulnerabilities and ensure remediation results. Possible solutions include expanding our software, automation capabilities, and integrating into a continuous improvement and integration (CI/CD) pipeline. This researcher proposes a change in organizational structure by challenging the status quo and reflecting on new ideas in this space. Other Details:
This job is offered as a remote work position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Apart from these mandatory visits, most of your work time may be spent away from our office premises. Please note that although this is a remote area, there are small states or regions that are not eligible for employees to perform their regular duties. The states that are not eligible are: Alaska, Delaware, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Summary Of Duties:
Do a needs analysis to create a good solution. Ensure that solutions meet requirements and meet operational standards. Manage programs to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Serve as a resource to ensure effective communication with clients or key stakeholders. Work

Conduct internal and external vulnerability assessments on SouthWest systems. This includes systems developed and supported by others in the environment.
Run network, server, database and application audits as a daily routine. The candidate will serve internal customers by advising and providing expert advice on corrective action plans for identified vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other technical team members to provide advice or solutions in their area of expertise
