As a team of Principal Analysts, you will have the opportunity to lead offline channel strategy, execution and operations in a highly visible role. The ideal candidate is strong in quantitative and qualitative analysis, has good communication and verbal skills, is results-oriented and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
What Will You Do:
- Create or own and manage multi-million dollar advertising campaigns, including strategy, execution and operational driving.
- Build internal measurement capabilities to understand the impact of each marketing campaign and jointly develop new measurement methods to better understand (and thus maximize) your return on investment.
- There is an end-to-end process for creating and executing a marketing plan (like publishing a catalog): choosing vendors and campaigns, deciding on a creative strategy eight and targeting audiences, sharing performance, and sharing l ‘learning
- Introduce rigorous testing and learning to achieve desired results
- Plan, execute and measure campaigns by working cross-functionally with a team of stakeholders including Creative, Data Science, Ad Tech, Merchandising and Business Intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal architecture and product to push the boundaries of automation and create strong digital connections for offline channels
- Build new vendor relationships and work with third-party partners on contract management
- Negotiate with external suppliers (printers and data providers)
What Do You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, commerce, economics or other specialty with a quantitative orientation
- 2+ years of experience, preferably Marketing, Management Services, Startup/Technology, Finance and/or Strategy.
- Direct mail/catalog or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and use advanced Excel; enthusiasm for finding patterns in data; Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written thinking and communication skills – the ability to break down and communicate complex and impactful ideas to seniors and stakeholders
- Ability to independently and successfully solve complex problems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
