Full Job Description:
We are looking for a leader to drive the delivery of a new customer identity decision platform. You will be responsible for the development of the company’s decision algorithms, the implementation of real-time strategies and large resources that continue to operate the platform for the entire sector. You will ensure that the platform is accurate, efficient and meets business needs. You will work closely with the technical team to develop and implement growth, innovation and process improvement processes and problem-solving processes. You will directly lead individual contributors who plan and design the implementation of the decision platform.
You will be part of the Data Product & Platform organization within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. You will work closely with internal partners and technical staff across the company.
You Will Be:
Collaborate with partners across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into valuable features and deliverables
Heavily involved in platform implementation details, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and algorithm applications
Create a plan and roadmap for an identity decision platform that supports the customer experience
Lead the team in implementing strategies and roadmaps, including technical and non-technical resources
Act as a deep technical and decision-making ability, able to communicate the capabilities and processes at multiple levels of the organization
The data collection plan will continue with the intervention process to improve decision-making while meeting data privacy requirements.
Stay abreast of technology-savvy product trends to understand how changes in the consumer privacy landscape are changing consumer data strategies.
You Have:
3+ years of customer feature decision making experience, including 5+ years direct resource management
Experience with advanced enterprise decision-making methods, including graphing, deep learning, similarity measurement, etc. Deep technical expertise in identity decision making platforms, tools, and vendors, including those on AWS and Snowflake.
Proven expertise in customer data privacy, a cookie-free future and free/first/third-party data
Ability to navigate gray areas easily and work independently to lead development and create strategies and roadmaps
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence the entire organization including leaders
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, the development of new ideas and the ability to translate market insights into compelling arguments.
Strong understanding and supporter of agile development methods, including DevOps concepts
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Professional Selection:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
