Full Job Description:
We are currently hiring professionals for Medicare Retiree Solution’s client services office in the Eastern and Midwest regions. Our goal is to provide compassionate, innovative and proactive service to our Medicare members. We will use our skills and expertise to drive positive change and collaborate, where possible. We are qualified and reliable sponsors for our members. The key to our success is our people. This situation requires a lot of flexibility, compassion and patience. – Teaches strategic value, answers questions and resolves issues based on the group’s incoming phone contacts
