  • Defines, Captures And Validates IT Requirements And Other Artifacts And Ensures Involvement Of Relevant Stakeholders. Analyze Customer IT Needs And Priorities And Initiate Delivery Efforts.

  • Ensure That Incidents That Are Not Resolved Quickly Are Escalated Appropriately According To Defined Service Level Agreements (Slas). Develops Key Team Deliverables And Dashboards.
  • Develops Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) That Evaluate The Service In Terms Of Effectiveness And Efficiency. Identify And Report Incident And Problem Trends And Progress.
  • Ensures Timely And Clear Communication Of High Priority Issues To Relevant Stakeholders. Works Closely With The Incident Owner To Ensure Incident Escalation Processes Are Consistent With The Overall Incident Management Process.
