Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls, providing accurate information, and resolving issues
- Making outbound calls to effectively follow up on customer inquiries or requests
- Using company software and systems to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of customer concerns
- Escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary and following up on resolutions
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of call center software
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
