Wells Fargo is looking for a Data Entry Officer. This position is the first step to a rewarding career in financial services. You will learn about payment processing in financial services companies. Lockbox is a high-volume, fast-paced, end-to-end solution that works behind the scenes with minimal customer contact. In this role, you will perform general administrative duties that, as a data entry officer, will review, correct and enter information into the building’s administrative system while reviewing or matching data and documents; perform regular data entry and math calculations. Other duties may include: opening, receiving, documenting, batch processing, analysis, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing messages. Help with image creation and code storage. You will be supported during your training under supervision. The successful data entry employee will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to follow procedures and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and drive to improve their ability to perform any task quickly and accurately. The work environment is fun with a casual dress code and excellent security.
