We are hiring a Retention Professional to lead our professional team for US EAST ISV/DNB accounts. As AWS continues to expand globally, our experts will support internal teams by creating and coordinating support for “big” projects, initiatives, research and sales, and customer onboarding. A proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM)/sales and large-scale initiatives with tangible results is a key factor to thrive in the role. Along with the development and completion of our storage services, you will support our largest and most comprehensive sales plan.

Important Role
In This Role, You Are Responsible For:
- Set strategic plan direction, monitor strategic vision execution, and enter the market with a focus on growing AWS business in key industry verticals, segments, and projects.
- Generate revenue, develop sales programs and identify new markets and opportunities. We work directly with our most satisfied and demanding customers to understand their needs and bring them to life.
- Work with AWS Enterprise Platform Services and the business team to identify projects that impact storage services.
- Maps application technology to customer business scenarios that help customers understand how to use AWS storage services to improve business outcomes.
- Use your excellent oral and written communication skills to develop sales tools and present your platform to global customers and valuable partners.
- As a trusted marketing expert, you’ll dig deep into your data, create high-impact programs, track progress, and get the results you need. .
- Be the leader of your remote team. Our collaborative team guides you to drive adoption of AWS in mission-critical projects using AWS data storage.
- Set, drive, measure, manage and train performance goals across your business.
