AWS Customer Services provides global support for many commercial and government customers as they build critical applications in addition to AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. As an AWS Customer Success Representative, you will work with US Government (USG) and enterprise customers, providing training, support, and evaluation. You will work closely with other members of the AWS Enterprise team, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solution Architects. You will be experts in corporate accounting and billing matters. You will help customers to avoid potential problems. Dig deep to understand the underlying issues to help the customer solve the problem.

In addition, your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Be the voice of the customer for USG and Enterprise customers, handling complex accounts and billing issues
Work with Enterprise customers to understand how they use AWS accounts and billing services, and provide valuable feedback
Perform in-depth analysis of customer USG/Enterprise accounts and billing statements
Educate customers about reporting options, ratings, and budgets. Provide fast, efficient, efficient and customer-focused service to corporate clients
Work with customer support peers around the world to ensure consistent, high-quality support
A service truck that promotes customer interaction with AWS accounts and billing information
Act as the voice of the customer for our company’s customers, reporting and taking action in highly visible areas
Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate processes and management and propose new solutions on behalf of the customer experience
Assist in communication between enterprise customers during AWS launch and critical support events
Take responsibility for developing in-depth knowledge of specific AWS products and features
Work with the AWS team to help resolve customer issues
Make sure the internal knowledge reference page is updated
