Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Representative (referred to as: Branch Product Support Representative) and Banker Liaison for Personal and Small Business Banking.

In this role, you will:

Take incoming calls, provide system and resource support to branch staff.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. Provide resources that allow branch staff to recommend the best products and services to customers.
Create, develop and maintain good business relationships with internal partners. Collaborate with peers and managers on research to solve problems and achieve goals.
Receive guidance from management and make independent decisions as you develop the knowledge necessary to understand operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Training And Scheduling:

We provide our employees with continuous training and development that enhances their ability to provide exemplary service and promotes career growth.
We work full time, 40 hours a week. Weekday hours are 7:30 am to 7:30 pm central and Saturday hours are 8:00 am to 2:00 pm central.
The usual starting position is Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, fixed days off during the week, and it is necessary to work every Saturday to start and there may be some Next Saturday. Saturday shifts will be 4, 5 or 6 hours. Therefore, weekday shifts may be longer than 8 hours to accommodate the shorter Saturday shift. Variables are allocated based on business needs.
You will follow the full duration of the paid training of 8 to 9 weeks.

Required Qualifications, United States:

2+ years of experience dealing with people or customers, demonstrated through work, military, or education

Degree Required:

Ability to provide strong customer service while handling complex transactions and perform extensive research to solve complex customer problems
A social worker
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and use search tools to find information
Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
2+ years of customer service experience
The art of solving difficult problems
Ability to work on a fast paced phone line under high pressure
Experience achieving customer service or customer satisfaction goals
Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, getting information and understanding customer problems
Leadership experience, including coaching, training and mentoring

Job Expectations:

Ability to work shifts during business hours as listed above
Must be able to attend all required training sessions
This position offers a hybrid workflow
