In this role, you will:

Support customers and resolve complex questions or issues regarding financial products and services over the phone

Perform routine duties such as answering questions, solving problems, and providing the highest quality customer experience while adhering to workplace guidelines, policies, and standards.

Receives guidance from management on a regular basis, escalates issues and escalates critical issues to Customer Success Representatives.
