Wells Fargo is seeking a successful Customer Card Service Representative.

In This Role, You Will:

Support customer success and find ways to improve complex customer questions or issues about financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication.
Perform regular duties such as answering questions, solving problems, and providing the highest quality customer experience while adhering to workplace guidelines, policies, and standards.
Receives guidance from management on a regular basis, escalates issues and communicates more difficult issues to staff
Conduct research to resolve moderately complex customer issues, including liaison with other departments for problem resolution
Communicate with agents who are experienced in difficult problems
He is responsible for mentoring new and less experienced employees
Answer customer questions and problems

Must be able to pass a Spanish proficiency test administered by a third party provider and be able to serve customers in English and Spanish. Allow for 5% language difference.

Compensation:

Starting rate $20.00 per hour

Training And Scheduling:

You will receive extensive classroom training, on-the-job training and workshops to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, processes and services. The training course will last for seven weeks. Training time is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Monday Friday. You must attend a 7-week paid training period.
We are open 24 hours a day. Your regular work schedule will depend on business needs and will include at least one weekend day and some holidays.
The schedule may be eligible for a 15% change under the terms of the change policy.

Required Qualifications, United States:

6+ months of experience analyzing and communicating customer needs or solving customer problems, or one demonstrated by one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, education.

Degree Required:

Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, getting information right, understanding and solving complex customer problems
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, team members and management
The purpose of Microsoft Office is basic
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and use search tools to find information
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and precise craftsmanship
Ability to quickly learn business processes and procedures
