Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Director of Wealth and Financial Management Support within Wells Fargo Advisors.
In this role, you will:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch across multiple channels.
Work closely with the Field Support Manager to ensure timely delivery of services and customer support to consultants and authorized accountants. Support the Field Support Manager in recruiting, hiring, training and supervising a large number of Support Center Operations Associates, including Customer Service Representatives and other Support Center associates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and service inquiries from FA, branches, back offices, customers and other support company partners. Serve as the front line contact for operational risk management in their coverage area and manage work standards to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of experience in a security industry, or demonstrated one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and/or education.
1+ years leadership experience
Successfully passing the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 exams (or FINRA-recognized equivalent) is sufficient to qualify for direct registration with FINRA.
Required Degree:
FINRA registration, including 65 procedures (or FINRA-recognized items)
FINRA registration, including Rule 66 (or FINRA-recognized)
FINRA registration, including the 9/10 process (or FINRA equivalent)
Ability to lead financial services
Ability to manage complex transactions and perform in-depth analysis to solve complex customer problems
Ability to make decisions quickly and independently when working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Attention to detail and brevity
Strong purpose, multitasking and giving way
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
