Eligibility Requirements:
- 3+ years of financial management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated by one or a combination of: work, training, military, education
- You have completed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 exams (or FINRA-accredited equivalents)
- Sufficient to qualify for immediate registration with FINRA.

Job Expectations:
You must obtain and/or maintain the appropriate FINRA license to continue in this position. Comply with state registration and licensing requirements. In addition to state licenses and permits, special licenses or SAFE licenses may be requested. Additional requirements include financial support and a criminal background check. Wells Fargo begins the FINRA licensing review process upon acceptance of the offer. For certain FINRA qualifying exams received on or after September 30, 2018, the Essential Business Intelligence (SIE) exam is required.
Individuals in the position of Loan Originator (LO) must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements and comply with Wells Fargo regulations. LO eligibility requirements include financial responsibility, character, general financial health, and criminal history. Current credit reports are used to assess your financial responsibility and credit protection, but your credit score is not included in the assessment. Successful applicants must comply with ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional audits if necessary.
FINRA Series 9 and 10 exams or equivalent must be completed within 6 months of commencing work. Equal recognition by FINRA is granted. This is communicated upon receipt of the request.
This position is subject to FINRA training.
