About this job:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Representative in the Investment Contact Center (ICC) outside of Wealth Management and Investments. In this role, you will use a customer service brokerage account on the phone. You will work as a front-line problem solver to address customer concerns, assisting them as needed. This is a challenging role with great potential. Successful employees are punctual, reliable, and learn new ways to support customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

Works in a contact environment to support financial products and services. Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience and propose ideas for solving internal and external customer problems to provide first contact resolution.

Communicate with internal customers. Make customer support less complicated.

Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and updating any changes. Secure digital services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, eSign documents and any other digital access

Required Qualifications, United States:

2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or one demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Required Degree:

Military experience in asset management, military personnel command processing or rotation, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military operations. Experience in military intelligence or research, including operations management, operations management, information evolution management and financial management.

Experience working with military protocol and directives, enlisted investigations, staff/leadership reports, and assisting in maintaining a ready and effective military force. Experience managing complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex customer queries.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate multiple Windows computer systems and applications and use search tools to find information.

Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers. The purpose of Microsoft Office is basic

Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems.

Ability to discuss digital improvements to provide a better customer experience. Experience in brokerage firm

Knowledge of investment terms

A BS/BA degree or higher
