Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Data Management Analyst in Minneapolis, MN.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Act as a conduit to all BDL groups and help them come up to speed on Use deliverables. Build approach to influence the BDLs to do more (encouraging them to complete Use artifacts in ADMF). Help build the roadmap for the BDLs to use ADMF for Use Deliverables. Conduct training sessions with the BDLs explaining typical roadblocks while working on Use deliverables and how to go about them. RCSA controls for Use deliverables (when applicable). Fortify the processes through automations and bring efficiencies. Help Business MetaData PO in writing user stories on Use requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on Data Management Procedure requirements and improvements for metadata use. Consult on Data Domain implementation for metadata use Guide towards success criteria and standard processes during metadata use delivery. Provide independent consulting for Use Case Owners and Data Domains to achieve shared delivery. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.
Specific skills required:
- 5 years of Data Governance experience
- 5 years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting
- 5 years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
- 5 years of process improvement and metadata experience
- Experience with Data Management and Governance principles, strategies, best practices and tools
- Experience with executing Metadata, Lineage and Data Mapping activities
- Experience with documentation across multiple areas of focus including data usage, issue management, data sourcing and data dictionaries
- Experience with audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management
- Experience with Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
