This role is for the main business, product and marketing strategy focusing on childcare and oral care and developing and operating, working closely with the global sports team, regional marketing SCMs, vendors market and sellers, short, medium and long term. strategy. to optimize and accelerate ER delivery.
Communication is critical to the success of this project, both internally and externally. You will actively manage and develop partnerships, collaborations and joint business plans with new and existing accounts to negotiate regional deals and ultimately drive and deliver strategic sales growth opportunities on behalf of the EMEA business.
Opportunities And Services:
In accordance with the regional plan, develop, define and implement the strategy for the child care unit and the unit in collaboration with the key stakeholders, including the new business plan for each unit and the brand name.
Manage annual operating plans and quarterly forecasting processes, develop capacity goals and strategies to drive growth, work with franchisees, sales, product development and finance.
Effectively manage and develop partnerships, collaborations and joint business plans, as appropriate, with all stakeholders.
Review licensee bases and optimization plans to ensure effective business management and focus on strategic initiatives to support growth across the board.
Lead or participate in contract negotiations with licensees and distributors, as appropriate, to maximize revenue and royalties of Disney and communicate relevant information to all stakeholders (global, EMEA and regional as applicable).
Collaborate with local creative teams, product sponsors, franchisees and marketing teams to facilitate product sales as required by licensee/marketer.
Articulate International Standards (ILS) systems and serve as liaison between suppliers and Walt Disney Company (TWDC) ILS teams
Identify, recruit and secure new licensees that significantly drive team growth
Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Disney marketing teams by providing regular updates and updates on plans and franchises, as well as understanding and responding to needs and differences in local markets. Use these links to share best practices
Develop strong relationships with the US team to ensure ongoing communication on the latest initiatives and ongoing liaison regarding joint/international capabilities as appropriate.

The experience we need from you:
Caliber graduate, with excellent business skills.
High-level experience in the management of customer(s) / licensees and quality business operations in a multinational company environment: FMCG (Sector Management). Experience building senior client relationships
Experience developing and implementing joint business plans
Experience in customer product management
Demonstrated track record of building positive relationships, leading and managing change, and collaborating across departments to achieve financial and common goals.
Ability to analyze data, build actionable conclusions and apply recommendations to achieve business goals
Ability to be proactive in securing timely funding and identifying new opportunities with targeted partners
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Keynote
Excellent business and strategic approach to problem solving and innovation
Specializing in planning and organizational skills
Other Information:
Changes may be required for occasional travel within the UK, Europe or overseas
