We are responsible for providing day-to-day monitoring of technology/services supporting multiple data and integration platforms in the enterprise. The team is also responsible for areas of data analysis including finance, HCM, legal, tax and intellectual property. There are 4 different areas within the group, Master Data Maintenance (MDM), Internal and External Data Integration (B2B); Data warehouses and data pools in the cloud are based on on-premise platforms. Specifically, you will be with technical partners, users and partners for the application technology group.

Functions:

Manage the delivery of high-quality, scalable and efficient applications using webMethods integration software that meets business requirements and aligns with design architecture and technology plans.
Design and implement complex webMethods technology processes in collaboration with architects, product and engineering managers supporting our mission.
Investigate and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner, from the end user (UI) to the stability layer.
Technical guidance on recovery from major system failures, working with multiple internal and external partners and vendors or external service providers.
Evaluate operational performance and provide focus areas for continuous improvement programs, including application performance management
Develop and manage technical funding channels
Manages various security and vulnerability functions
Follow the call or referral process (if applicable)
