What To Do:
The Warehouse Team Leader will help your supervisor manage and oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the smooth running of all events. Lead the admissions department and ensure that work is carried out efficiently.
Delegate and assign tasks to maintain 100% occupancy rate. Help manage inventory and provide necessary training within the department.
Ensure proper use and accountability of tools. Ensure that time and activities are properly recorded (e.g. clocks)
Be responsive to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
Keep the product moving and take care of the cleanliness of the department. This includes daily trash collection.

What You Will Need:
Practical understanding of WMS systems.
Leadership and motivation skills, and the ability to make decisions without advice or based on predictions or common sense. This is a ground level position and will include moving product/physical processing in addition to leading a team of warehouse associates.
Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and moving products over 150 lbs unsupported or by single lifting.
Experience in more than one domain. Areas of work include: receiving, inventory management, picking, shipping, shipping and product returns.
Experience writing and responding to emails. Equipment Equipment Experience – Must be able to operate or be willing to be trained in Motorized Industrial Truck (PITO) operations.
Experience creating and updating systems such as trouble tickets. 2+ years of work experience. Must have a nice visit. Knowledge of altitude is a plus.
