Full Job Description:
Manager II, Management Engineering is a technical management role responsible for planning, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements related to distribution management systems; This position will lead these projects for many distribution centers in the greater Chino area and remote I/O.
This is a great position for a mid to senior level Management Engineer interested in leading projects in the area. Previous experience in supply chain, manufacturing or infrastructure is a plus.
What to do
Supports the engineering project by collaborating with the project team to develop systems engineering solutions. Support the work team by solving problems related to the management process
Support the implementation process by researching and analyzing reported issues, analyzing business impact, and developing action plans to resolve them
Participate in root cause analysis to identify and eliminate defects in design and construction processes
Support the operation of the current systems by performing preventive maintenance procedures, monitoring the health of the control system, and reviewing the system records
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Electrical Control, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation)
3+ years of demonstrated experience in an industrial automation control environment (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
Eligibility of candidates
5 years experience in industrial automation management (e.g. manufacturing, distribution)
5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing systems
Promotional funds continue
3 years of experience in supplier management
Demonstrated experience in related management development
Demonstrated expertise in identifying causes, developing and implementing preventative measures
Demonstrated experience with SCADA software (eg Ignition, Wonderware,)
Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing code analysis equipment (eg SICK, Cognex)
