As my manager, Customer Security, you will work in a team environment, working in a team environment, using your curiosity and problem-solving skills to anticipate the security risks of people market and the company and its customers. Consumer protection issues for the world’s largest retailers range from pricing, verification of label claims, sizes and measurements, sales practices, lotteries and more. A customer compliance team helps establish and maintain customer trust. In return, we give you access to the tools and support you need to be the best version of yourself.
This position is part of the customer acceptance group. Ultimately, you will impact the more than 275 million customers we serve each week across 11,000 stores in 27 countries. Most of this work will be based in the US market. Location: This position will be based in Bentonville, AR (Home Office); This position is not open to remote work or other companies at this time.

Develop and improve customer security compliance in collaboration with others – you will manage workflows, support business and technical needs, analyze data, turn data into actionable strategies where appropriate and manage risk.
Assist management in defining visions and strategies to improve customer protection compliance using internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities, develop business cases and influence others on strategies and visions.
Design and develop risk compliance strategies – communicate with business and other key partners to implement solutions to mitigate risk
Works in a collaborative environment working with business partners, legal, other aspects of compliance, technology and others, including regulators. Use the concept of continuous improvement in operations and performance to evaluate the effectiveness of improvements in your compliance program.
