Full Job Description:
The Learning and Development Manager II is responsible for creating quality learning content based on customized work instructions for partners. This person will conduct motivational training sessions for partners in the department. This person is also a great project manager who oversees multiple training initiatives while creating new and innovative ways to deliver training to our training partners and measure results.
About the team:
The Continuing Skills Development (CSD) team is responsible for creating and delivering educational content for US Supply Chain Hourly Associates. This team works closely with the DC and CF CSD Managers to ensure Associates are trained and certified in their duties. The group continues to improve learning through new technologies.
What to do:
Design an effective training program in a variety of delivery formats for hourly partners and initiate each process by CSD managers in the field.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify interactive learning needs and support effective learning strategies. Support educational programs through quality, impact and outcomes.
Ensure program effectiveness by measuring, evaluating and reporting on each training plan. Find and implement new ways to digitize and improve learning processes for partners to increase implementation and business results.
Manage and promote educational content as processes are updated and updates are communicated to relevant audiences.
What to bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education or related field with 2 years of professional experience
Instructional design experience in various delivery modes (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, video, etc.)
The animation is beautiful
Project management experience
Work closely with the experts
Experience with Axonify administration is a plus
