If you are an experienced forensic data analyst with advanced skills in data analysis, correlation and geospatial analysis, we want to talk to you! We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Crime Data Analyst to join the team at the Center for Investigation of Risk and Operational Compliance (IROCC). Reporting to the Director, Data Analytics, the Chief Data Officer (IROCC) will be part of a cross-functional team of data analysts and scientists focused on solving business problems and global security. Position: This position is on-site in Bentonville, AR (home office). This situation is not considered isolated or hybrid.
You will feel through:
Prepare maps, charts and graphs showing processes and provide analysis and explanations for these processes, as well as links to other exhibits.
Research and collection of data from various sources; develop research methods and data collection methods; collect, analyze and interpret data; identify current and historical trends, trends and anomalies; develop and present conclusions and recommendations. Develop, design and manage databases and data structures; identify requirements; reporting and tracking; oversees the entry and exit of data between databases.
End-user training on the definition of research products, use of custom tools and dashboards, use of data collection tools, and data management/quality control processes.
You will be surprised if:
You have five or more years of experience as a criminal investigator.
You have knowledge of principles, practices and methods of reporting and forecasting, geospatial, network and data collection, monitoring, analysis and communication. You have experience with ArcGIS, Power BI or Tableau, relational databases, SQL, open source statistics, integration with network analysis software, standard desktop software, statistical analysis software and presentation software.
You have excellent research and analysis skills. You are familiar with the uses and capabilities of data collection and processing, as well as database management techniques.
You have the ability to manage workloads and competing projects under tight deadlines. You have experience leading group projects and coaching small groups.
