We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Designer to join our learning design and customer service development team. The Learning Leader will be responsible for the architecture and design of new hire training programs for all customer service support team members. The candidate is innovative, driven by fast turnaround times, and has the ability to design best-in-class programs and strategies.

Assess new employee training needs and improve content to ensure program effectiveness. Design and implement programs that help new and existing associates acquire the knowledge and skills needed for customer service roles.
Consider the impact of new employee development programs. This job may involve up to 25% travel.
Leads consultation on technology-based learning solutions by identifying new technologies to meet training needs; review, evaluate and evaluate current training programs and databases; evaluate system performance and training program requirements; lead the life of e-gude; and drive adoption of the tool across the organization. Leads the planning and development of customer service training programs by identifying and monitoring business needs and training development and/or improvement; view current learning; create and / or oversee the development of content, methods and tools in various media based on educational needs, people’s skills and job requirements; systematic learning objectives, study areas, time allotted, and experiential activities; join the labor union; conduct research on learner needs, knowledge and performance gaps and necessary behavioral changes; identify and support learning concepts and methods that meet training needs; and design of training programs.
Leads the development of training programs by researching and evaluating training requests to guide program development; identify skills or career gaps; develop training metrics aligned with performance KPIs; develop and support content based on teaching methods and objectives (eg interactive exercises, games, simulations); provide feedback and support to ensure deadlines, scope and quality of work are met; Develop content for identified skill gaps in collaboration with functional teams; calculate the costs and benefits of training programs or services; works with key stakeholders (eg, coordinators, operations) to ensure the validity of the training program. Evaluates training effectiveness by supporting training and performance evaluations; collect and analyze training and performance data; determine the impact of training on key performance indicators (KPI); collaborating with key stakeholders to improve training performance by closing performance gaps; and use the training data and feedback to refine the training program.
Demonstrates current expertise and applies it to the development, implementation and improvement of action plans by providing professional advice and guidance to others in applying information and best practices; supporting and coordinating efforts to meet customer and business needs; and make a commitment to the ideal and the right thing. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and relationships with key stakeholders; identify business needs; identify and implement necessary procedures and practices; monitor progress and results; identify and take opportunities for improvement; and adapts to competitive demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
