We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Designer to join our learning design and customer service development team. The Learning Leader will be responsible for the architecture and design of new hire training programs for all customer service support team members. The candidate is innovative, driven by fast turnaround times, and has the ability to design best-in-class programs and strategies.

Evaluates training effectiveness by supporting training and performance evaluations; collect and analyze training and performance data; determine the impact of training on key performance indicators (KPI); collaborating with key stakeholders to improve training performance by closing performance gaps; and use the training data and feedback to refine the training program.
