Full Job Description:
Provides clinical counseling to clients regarding the proper use of medications, awareness of drug interactions, and providing preventive health care services such as vaccinations. Responsible for ensuring proper processing, dispensing, monitoring and approval of prescribed medications in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures. Supports efficient store operations and helps the pharmacy manager identify ways to increase pharmacy revenue, inventory management, and improve customer experience.
Services / Functions:

Work:

Collaborate with health care providers to clarify prescriptions, dosages, supplements, interactions and allergies to recommend other medications and answer questions from health care providers.

Assists and supports the Pharmacy Manager in analyzing performance data, including pharmacy revenue, customer service, and implementing procedures for marketing asset management and inventory management. Review KPI’s with Marketing Manager, Store Manager and Health Care Manager. Develops and maintains good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses and other health care providers. Participates in community outreach programs to promote pharmaceutical business and promote growth opportunities. Partners with Central Pharmacy Operations for customer onboarding, third-party reviews, and assists in handling customer issues to maintain a Good Experience environment.
