Responsibility
- Model and deliver a unique and exciting customer experience.
- Record sales at the cash register, provide customers with an honest, fair, friendly and efficient payment service.
Client experience:
Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering support for their products and services. Troubleshoot customer issues and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Personal characteristics (eg, greeting, eye contact, demeanor, etc.) and characteristics of Walgreens services (eg, assistance, identification of needs, service to satisfaction, etc.).
We provide our customers with courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service. Recommend products to customers and recommend marketing and/or product partnerships.
Check in shoppers at cash registers, collect cash and dispense change as requested. We do vacuums, returns, graphics, returns and exchanges as needed. Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandise well displayed, inventoried and kept up to date. Record and price merchandise as required, as directed by Store Manager or as directed by Team Leader. In order to identify and reduce income, we use the process of protecting the heritage of procedures.
Follow the laws of the state and local for food (for example, drink with alcohol and cigarettes). Organize and maintain displays including promotional, seasonal, superstructure and sale items. Follow the instructions to complete the reset and fix. Food segregation (eg uncooked and uneaten food) and stock support (eg raw and frozen meat on back shelf) according to rules/procedures. For consumables, we use first-in, first-out and replenishment methods to facilitate product rotation. You have experience working in a retail store and storefront.
We provide services to customers in the field of photography, including digital passport photo services, poster printing and creative technology, and advice on the sale of photographic equipment. Responsible for website receiving (tracking orders in Picture Care Plus, creating orders (selection of products) and dispatching orders when customers arrive at the store).
We support external and internal management by keeping the store clean, tidy and in good condition. Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain good relations with employees.
Perform special duties and other assigned tasks.

- Attend training and complete PPLs requested by supervisors or provided by companies.

- Must be able to read, write and speak English. (except Puerto Rico)
