Client Experience
- Engage with customers by welcoming them and offering support for your products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Model and demonstrate excellent customer service by providing support, asking questions to understand customer needs, and educating customers about their options.
- Greet, listen and engage with customers to understand their needs, advise them on appropriate products and services and connect them to other areas of the store as necessary.
- We provide product demonstrations and expert advice using tools such as the Matchmade device, skin hydrometer and tablet.
- Lead and organize in-store events to increase brand awareness and loyalty for brands and all beauty/personal care products.
- Build relationships with customers. It offers true closure to customer interactions and builds and fosters relationships.
- Integrate omnichannel solutions to improve customer engagement/experience.
- If it’s not in store, look for the item in another store or online.
To Work
- Meet or exceed pre-sale requirements by helping customers purchase and exemplifying excellent customer service. We regularly review our scores to understand your performance across stores and regions. Work with Store Managers and BAE to develop development goals.
- Focus on selling and upselling your relationships with your customers by showing them sales and freebies. Use measurements and body measurements to demonstrate the usefulness and use of the product in promoting beauty.
- Make sure testers are stored and maintained in a clean manner. Ensure cleanliness and work. Use business defense techniques to identify and reduce low income.
- Manage customer sales and/or employee purchases at cash registers. Participate in meetings and conference calls related to trends and promotions, new products, brand promotions, sales targets and customer service.
- You have experience working in a retail store and storefront. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding controlled substances (such as alcohol and tobacco).
- Comply with all company policies and procedures. Maintain good relations with employees. Performs specific duties as assigned.
Education and personal development
- Seek personal development by monitoring your performance, setting high personal standards, recognizing beauty, learning from others, and enhancing your career. Stay informed about the competition, new products/product launches and the overall market.
- Attend and participate in meetings, discussions, etc. to promote knowledge and business. Educate the store team on new beauty updates, information and learning through training.
- Attend trainings and complete online learning modules requested by your supervisor or provided by your company.
- Always follow company guidelines for proper operation and image. Model and share your behavior with other Beauty Consultants. Provide training and support to new Beauty Consultants.
- Work with beauty experts to review your brand and maintain awareness of your products.
