Designs, develops and implements methods, processes and procedures to support and analyze various data sets, including structured and unstructured. Works as a subject matter consultant and can act as a point of reference and actively participates as needed to meet regulatory requirements and resolve complex issues.
Manages power issues effectively, including quick decision making and decision opportunity recognition. Develops software, algorithms, dashboards, information tools and queries to clean, visualize, integrate and analyze data structures.
Be aware of new research methods and technologies. Collaborate with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction.
Establishes trust between partners while managing expectations. Facilitates ongoing, ongoing and effective communication with team members and stakeholders to set expectations and communicate priorities appropriately, through methods and procedures.
Can create budgets for operational areas. Manage budget to organize. May be responsible for regional budgets and achieving business goals/objectives. Maintains company best practices and brings them to the attention of the leadership team for new applications. Able to develop relationships (and relationships) with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs. Allocates available resources to achieve operational objectives.
