Full Job Description:

  • Model and deliver unique and exciting products to customers.
  • Record cash register sales and provide ethical, honest, friendly and efficient financial services to customers.

Client experience

Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering support for their products and services. Troubleshoot customer issues and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Personal characteristics (eg, greeting, eye contact, demeanor, etc.) and characteristics of Walgreens services (eg, assistance, identification of needs, service to satisfaction, etc.).

To Work:

  • We provide our customers with courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service. Recommend products to customers and recommend marketing and/or product partnerships.
  • Check in shoppers at cash registers, collect cash and dispense change as requested. We do vacuums, returns, graphics, returns and exchanges as needed. Keep shelves and cupboards clean, store them properly, stock them, and keep records.
  • Record and evaluate inventory as required, as directed by the Store Manager or as discussed by the Operations Manager. Use business defense techniques to identify and reduce low income.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding controlled substances (such as alcohol and tobacco). Plan and manage products, including advertising, seasonality, construction, and inventory.
  • Follow the instructions to complete the reset and repair. Support food separation (e.g. raw and uneaten food) and storage (e.g. raw and frozen meat on lower shelves) as defined in the rules/layers standard. For consumables, we use a first-in, first-out and restocking method to facilitate product rotation. You have experience working in a retail store and storefront.
  • We provide services to customers in the field of photography, including digital passport photo services, poster printing and creative technology, and advice on the sale of photographic equipment.
  • Responsible for web pickup (tracking orders in Picture Care Plus, creating orders (product selection) and delivering orders when customers arrive at the store).
  • We support external and internal management by keeping the store clean, tidy and in good condition.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures. Maintain good relations with employees.
  • Perform special tasks and other tasks.

Education and personal development

  • Attend the training and complete the PPL requested by your manager or provided by your company.

Qualification

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English. (except Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend hours.

Love Creation

  • 6 months of experience in a commercial environment preferred. Previous employment with Walgreens is preferred.
