Full Job Description:

It handles complex business processes and complex transactions. The results of the project are reviewed frequently. Professional services
Handles accounting transactions that require in-depth knowledge of systems and departments.
Helps run complex and complex reports following standard procedures. Prepares the required reports from the system.
Checks information on forms, vouchers or other financial documents according to procedures. Contact internal and external departments to obtain required information, documentation or payment.
Manage complex business and research projects. Follow procedures and complete transactions with correct amounts. Ensures system and data accuracy. Handles a large volume of core business.
Manage complex transactions, such as expenses, banking, or other activities. May assist in the preparation and processing of bank communications, journal entries to change the general ledger and prepare trial balances.
Demonstrates knowledge of all processes and procedures for training and evaluating the work of others. Can provide job guidance to less experienced company employees.
Solves questions and queries. Solves assigned problems.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with at least 1 year of experience in corporate accounting, data modeling or data entry. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (for example: using the SUM function, setting ranges, setting column widths, inserting charts, using text input, formatting, setting headers and page sizes and/or print scaling).

Eligibility of candidates

Experience and standards are essential. At least 2 years of experience in corporate accounting, data modeling or data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing the list level, adding, highlighting and changing text, changing views, inserting tables or notes, moving objects, print it out.plan view and/or start a slideshow). Basic skills in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and formatting text, choosing font style and size, changing margins and column widths, formatting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using search and replace, redo, deletion ., track changes, search panes and/or print functions).
Basic skills in Microsoft Access (for example: open a table in a datasheet view, enter data, filter data, create forms, change the structure of forms, add keywords, delete, solve and save queries, create and organize reports, change tests. reports, and -adding images, printing labels, browser logs and/or exporting to Excel).
