Full Job Description:
The Area Manager I, Customer Service for Nurse Practitioners will be responsible for managing a team of 3-6 staff responsible for creating schedules for Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and house staff. other medications at Walmart Health clinics.
This position is based at RX’s Carrollton campus in Texas and is a must stay. Collaborate with stakeholders (eg store operations, marketing, employee relations) through
business process analysis has a targeted impact and conveys insight and control
conduct root cause analysis for targeted impact issues
Know the company of the key stakeholders and identify the point of cooperation between the company and the contact company
Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop relationships and collaborative strategies
manage the execution of customer service interactions
evaluate the successes and concerns of collaboration and develop action plans to improve customer service processes.
Executes customer service reduction strategies through
monitor and share information about customer service processes
identify opportunities to reduce or minimize contact
include steps and gaps in the mitigation plan
Work with key stakeholders and leaders to finalize contact reduction plans
