The Learning Manager is the liaison between the Learning and Development team and the Starbucks operations managers. This person is responsible for leading the development of effective technical training content and implementation for equipment (such as coffee machines, packaging machines, etc.) within the Starbucks network of factories. This service can be based at any Starbucks Roast location here: Augusta, GA; Gaston, SC; Kent, WA; Minden, NV; or York, Pennsylvania.

Manage the full lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, follow-up and closure – of technical training projects.
Lead and evaluate the work of learning and development team members, subject matter experts, and others assigned to these roles. Evaluate the results of technical training activities and communicate these results to L&D and plant management.
