Apple’s WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and delivering global marketing programs and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive Apple’s channel sales. By working deeply in the digital, physical and human spaces, the WW CSO team collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders globally and regionally.

We are looking for a dedicated AI NLP engineer with experience building customer service or training methods to join the Smart CX Solutions and Sales team. In this position, you will develop and implement advanced natural language processing techniques to create sales and training assistance solutions. Will will use your strong understanding of NLP techniques, including machine learning, text processing, and sentiment analysis.

The right to head:

3+ years of professional NLP / AI software development and successful delivery to clients
Experience in data-driven digital transformation projects using AI/ML/NLP technologies
Experience in industry and academia working on a wide range of AI problems
Familiarity with NLP algorithms and AI models is good
Experience with NLP techniques such as object extraction, background analysis, reference resolution, topic modeling, linguistics, text processing, adaptive networks, and graphing techniques.
Experience building and deploying AI models in cloud computing (AWS) environments
Excellent understanding of Python and related machine learning tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy, Keras)
Ability to communicate results to non-technical audiences and manage multiple ongoing projects on a tight schedule
Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills, engaging interpersonal skills and proven skills in organizational excellence

In this project, you will focus on the following key areas:

– Content: develop and implement NLP based information extraction solutions; come up with product plans for sales aids that can be powered by AI

– AI models: Identify semantic similarities, information extraction and topic identification (segmentation) to build models that generate specific responses to our customers based on their needs.

– Implementation: convert prototypes into automated pipelines and put them into production; decide when to use an off-the-shelf solution or create a custom solution and use both

– Correction: data analysis is ongoing to create a new model or modify an existing model such as GPT to improve the results.

– Team work: work with software engineers to implement these principles in our production environment to make the product work

– Communication: Communicate research results to business partners and managers

– Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advances in AI technology.
