This position is a “front line” representative for Partners Federal Credit Union whose primary responsibility is to interact and develop long-term relationships with our members by identifying their financial needs and identifying and providing the best financial solutions. Works within sales and support teams to achieve team satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in alignment with company vision and values. In addition, a member representative manages the relationship with members in person and on the phone, providing friendly, efficient, quality service and accurate information. Supports all Caisse Populaire processes and procedures. Builds trust, respects others, communicates effectively, raises execution, promotes innovation, focuses on teams, collaborates with others, and solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
He is responsible for identifying and building a network of team contacts through qualified leads, referrals, cold calls, and face-to-face relationships with the goal of generating financial opportunities. Use target-based sales with all members.
Outbound calls for team work and sales, following the 2/2/2 formula. Organizes new groups by opening accounts and requesting new services such as other share accounts, savings services, checks, money markets, certificates, IRAs, referrals, etc.
Thorough knowledge of the branch and UCPF procedures to anticipate issues and be able to effectively communicate with your manager any issues that may arise. Assume authority and responsibility in all areas of your work, including assigned duties and responsibilities
Ensures that all member needs are met and promises are met; every member every time, as you provide “5 star member service”, every time.
Assists the department by completing tasks and reports related to the department; offers suggestions for organizing departments and credit union projects. Processes accounts/loans from start to finish and meets or exceeds quality control standards as defined in policy, including CIP, OFAC, Chexsystems, etc.
Maintains high flexibility and support of branch needs. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Required skills:
- Ability to use a personal computer and related software, including Microsoft Outlook. One year of finance and marketing experience required.
