Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance to clients, including but not limited to managing schedules, handling correspondence, conducting research, and performing various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Conduct research on various topics as requested
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Slack
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
