Main Functions:

The Senior Analyst, Global Compensation will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to various aspects of compensation consulting and provide direct support in the planning and implementation of several key global compensation programs. This also includes marketing data collection and governance as well as global payroll administration and compliance.

Administration and support of the base payment program
Play a key role in the planning and execution of the global compensation program, including but not limited to the planning and implementation of corporate policies, year-end annual compensation plans and key HR system administration and compliance (PayFactors, PeopleSoft, Foundry, etc.)
Support the administration of the global compensation monitoring process, including data and process preparation, communication and training to HR partners, and data support for support. Provide audit engine for annual salary increase and investment process by preparing daily audit files, uploading new recommendations and preparing files for corporate/division approval.
Plan, coordinate and evaluate large scale compensation programs for internal clients and peer groups. market intelligence and governance
Review the organization’s salary practices and make recommendations for salary changes to ensure internal equity
Respond to requests from management for ad hoc job reviews and salary recommendations
Collaborate with the HR community to analyze market data, develop competitive compensation recommendations, and analyze job performance and salary recommendations.
Comprehensive national and international salary survey submissions. Participate in compensation research in all relevant countries, maintain a database of market data with new services offered regularly, including adding new research data, data on employees and service offerings.
Review professional documents and other internal and external sources to include data for special compensation programs as needed
Review salary survey results for customer benchmarks and non-benchmark services. Debt counseling support
Carefully assign compensation consultants and HR business partners to advise/implement process improvements/changes. Continually identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and restructuring. Organize the retention fund program, including contract agreements, compliance rates, and retention rates
Apply knowledge of compensation policies and procedures to support and implement solutions.
Support the development of communications that communicate compensation programs, timelines and changes. Participate in tasks related to the planning, implementation and administration of the compensation program.
