Work Experience: Previous leadership experience in a service-based organization. No automotive skills required.
Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team and managing a multi-tasking team. Process/Operational Experience: Prior experience leading field, maintenance engineering, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with a strong customer-facing workload. Experience performing complex processes using Lean or other methodologies preferred.
