Full Job Description:
We are looking for a well-quality value leading one of the best techniques for our production process during our switch service. What to bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience managing a team of 10 or more in a high productivity environment preferred
Certification in a quality related field such as Six Sigma, TQM or equivalent.
Conceptual expertise such as SPC, process capability, PFMEA, Management Plan, etc. Experience in recruiting and developing new team members
Able to work well under pressure while managing competing priorities and deadlines
Communicates effectively using effective written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with executives and managers on a daily basis.
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Be willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary
