Full Job Description:
Lead Installers within Tesla’s Field Energy Operations team. As Tesla leaders, Master Installers will continue to model Tesla standards and responsibilities, including compliance, quality standards and performance goals. The ideal candidate will work with their team to complete the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment in a safe and timely manner.
What Are You Doing:
You are considered an expert in energy organization, able to coach and guide others, and have responsibility for a team or group.
You can teach and train your team to monitor workplaces and ensure compliance.
Depending on the location and the customer’s needs and expectations, we can install and operate the rooftop power system, including network layout and mounting hardware.
Improve equipment and system performance issues, troubleshoot issues, and overcome problems in the field. Use best practices to improve processes and carefully review site technologies.
We work with our warehouse team to ensure that all materials and equipment required for installation are available on site and communicate the status of work to customers and management.
- You can understand your productivity goals and motivate your team to improve their performance.
- Check the air resistance of the equipment.
- Perform routine work on the electrical network

- General knowledge of PV equipment and installation
- Experience in roofing, general construction and carpentry is preferred
