Full Job Description:
Tesla’s maintenance program is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with one of the world’s most progressive car brands. This position will include supporting the in-house store in all aspects of their licensed corner program.
What to do:
Fix work hours
Liaison between customer complaint specialists and the store
Preparing for the arrival of the car
Advent of WARP and CCC administration
Communication with customer expectations
Combination of lease and transfer
Vehicle status update
Restoring equipment and supplies
Inspection and delivery of repairs
What to bring:
Vocational school certification in collision repair preferred.
