Full Job Description:
Electrical installers are part of Tesla’s Energy Field Operations team. As an experienced member of the team, the Electrical Installer will help lead the installation of residential solar PV systems, solar rooftops, battery storage and electric vehicle wall connectors. The ideal candidate will provide electrical expertise that will contribute to Tesla’s overall electrical product development. All necessary training, tools and equipment are provided, including a company car for selected projects.

- Residential Main Panel (MPU) Upgrade Complete
- Work with peers and leaders to assess projects and costs
- Diagnosis and problems with electrical resistance and problems in the body
- Ensure safe working conditions for work groups.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process by educating customers about your products and providing timely updates.
- Information and updating of work in the company’s database
- Attend training sessions and weekly meetings on new products, installation tips and safety.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Carry out
- Ability to work in extreme environments (like hot, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Installations may require work at height, including roofs, ladders and ladders.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods
- Must meet all OSHA standards for working at heights, including:
- Ability to climb and use equipment in the field, including various ladders rated at 325 lbs.
