The HR Partner leads our mission by working with company leaders to ensure that Tesla is a great place to work for all of our employees. This role is effective and efficient and provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, project planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, training/development, conflict management and ad hoc work, as needed. Work closely with a team of HR professionals, including learning and development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, HR and compensation. Work with business and other HR professionals to develop effective organizational processes and in the design and classification of various positions to support organizational health.
Carefully identify opportunities and evaluate improvements in the user experience and collaborate with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions. Become a leader at Tesla. Mentor, coach/coach and guide all levels of management to develop employee engagement and leadership skills. Build trust and confidence among employees. Address employee concerns through empathy, strategic planning, clear documentation and inclusion. Collaborate with companies to build high-performing teams
Communicate and advise on follow-up strategies, technical analysis and annual profit planning.

What To Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience.
2+ years of experience in an HR business partner or other HR function, including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and managing HR operations or program implementation. Experience training staff and management effectively through difficult, difficult and emotional issues.
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations for employment. Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communications. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and have a positive impact on the team.
