Full Job Description:
Tesla store managers are the leaders of our service store team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of working professionals while delivering a flawless work experience by achieving excellent results and delivering operational efficiency in our workplace.
What To Do:
· Provide qualified personnel with appropriate supervision and training to achieve desired job standards and goals. Maintain proper office records and equipment. Manage productivity from the workplace.
· Serves as a process leader for store activities, ensuring that work standards are set and improved with input from supervisors and other office staff. · lead, coach and develop a highly functional team of artists.
· Works in collaboration with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders to establish quality, time and cost goals based on customer and business needs. · Ensure that work standards and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is performed to ensure optimum performance.
· Monitor to ensure that all employees are following safety rules and company safety programs. · Work with staff to resolve technical and staff issues. Organize staff to respond appropriately to work needs and provide vacation and other time off in accordance with company policy. · He is responsible for selecting team members and ensuring that they receive the required training. Conduct one-on-one development meetings with team members to support their professional development. Assess team and training needs/requirements and organize training as needed in collaboration with team training resources.
· Provide effective communication on a daily basis so that all team members are working towards a common goal. Communicate with employees on all issues related to the workplace at all work meetings.
· Collaborate with the Project Manager to promote and develop a project team that supports business goals. · Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
What To Bring
Associates or B.S. degree or equivalent preferred. Previous leadership experience in a service-based industry is preferred. No automotive skills required. · Ability to meet deadlines and be responsible for quality / quantity.
Can handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, set and achieve goals. Ability to lead team problem-solving activities and quickly develop preventative measures
Able to interact with customers effectively as needed
· Social and communication skills.
· One to three years of office management or similar leadership experience. Flexible schedules can be worked, including overtime on weekdays and weekends.
· Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
