Full Job Description:
Focusing primarily on scheduling and facilitating interviews, Recruitment Coordinators are dedicated to ensuring that our candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Tesla. This position will support our skilled trades recruiting team, quickly and efficiently handling last minute changes and high volume of enquiries. In addition to arranging interviews, our recruiting coordinators are responsible for the strategic planning of onboarding events and liaison with other recruiters and business partners. Recruiting coordinators are key players in the HR world, recognized as experts in organization and change.
What to do
Call a critical role in a fast-paced, laser-focused recruiting team, working to coordinate on-site, phone, and interviewing of candidates. This includes managing the complex scheduling and infrastructure requirements, as well as the applicant’s travel documentation. Create unique relationships with project managers, recruiters, and other recruiting staff, prioritizing and monitoring timeliness, quality of work product, and attention to detail and specifications.
Represents the Tesla hiring organization for all employees and partners, stakeholders and candidates, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality service . Lead and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects.
Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System as needed, including entering NDA documentation and relevant interview details.
What to bring
Demonstrated organizational, time management and creativity skills, acquired in a challenging work environment.
A good communicator with exceptional written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Outlook.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working as a recruitment coordinator in a fast-paced start-up type atmosphere, or in a similar professional coordination role (preferred). Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM type systems (preferred).
Experience providing candidate or customer experience (preferred).
