The Financial and Retail Services (FRS) is close to the event: through the communication channels of guests and members, financial products and services, and financial services. The FRS has a number of important challenges for our payments team to address. This team, the FRS Financial Services Enablement team, enables systems and technology for our RedCard and all payment methods. FRS manages red card and payment card schemes, banking relationships, risk, compliance, financial services, target card services, and fraud and dispute resolution. The product team at Target is responsible for delivering business results made possible through technology and research products that are easy to use, easy to maintain, and highly reliable. Product teams have a record that includes all product, technology, research and design services. As a Senior Product Manager – Paystack, you will work within the product model and partner to create a comprehensive product plan, map related roadmaps and define business objectives (OKRs) for your payment integration. You will need to incorporate knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other key data points to analyze value, develop a business case, and support the direction and results required for your product. You will lead the product and work with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver the product.
You will be the “voice of the product” and key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team receives the direction and support they need to succeed. You will actively develop and understand the market, maintaining a product road map and backlog identifying customer topics, epics and stories while bringing back the focus to high impact projects for your team and those who influence you.
You will encourage the development of information and ideas, while motivating others to achieve ambition and values of performance when you are involved in the direction of the organization. You will promote a sense of urgency to achieve goals and investments to overcome unforeseen obstacles, and you will work with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while they – pursue and complement yours.
