The product team at Target is responsible for delivering business results made possible through technology and research products that are easy to use, easy to maintain, and highly reliable. As a Senior Product Manager – Paystack, you will work within the product model and partner to create a comprehensive product plan, map related roadmaps and define business objectives (OKRs) for your payment integration. You will need to incorporate knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other key data points to analyze value, develop a business case, and support the direction and results required for your product. You will lead the product and work with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver the product.

You will be the “voice of the product” and key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team receives the direction and support they need to succeed. You will actively develop and understand the market, maintaining a product road map and backlog identifying customer topics, epics and stories while bringing back the focus to high impact projects for your team and those who influence you.
