The Food & Beverage team works together to provide the customer with an innovative, complete shopping experience with food that saves food all day, every day.

The Food and Beverage team helps our customers have a consistent experience by ensuring that products are fresh, in stock, available at the right price and signed on the market floor. They are experts in performance, process and performance. This team leads the food and beverage operations including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and support entry processes for all food service areas of the store.

The role of a food service team leader can provide you with:

Knowledge of core customer services and experience building a customer-focused culture within your team
Knowledge of food and beverage industry fundamentals: shelf market trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, consumer purchasing behavior, and pricing and promotion strategies.
Skilled in coordinating the daily/weekly activities of the department to support business priorities and achieve sales goals
Experience leading a team of hours; including interviewing, developing, coaching, monitoring and retention skills

As a nutrition team leader, no two days are the same, but a typical day may include the following responsibilities:

Understand marketing goals, plan and execute daily/weekly activities to achieve segmentation and maintain sales goals and customer engagement. Including food service change plans, reviews, marketing plans, reviews, promotions and price change services
